It was an eerie sight.I had flashbacks to when we were in the clearing.When James,Victoria and Laurent came.The Cullens were in the same formation. I clutched onto Renesme. I went to the dining room so if war broke out Renesme wouldn't hear. Then at the same time Alice and Edward came bursting through the front door,a wolf came through the back.The wolf grabbed me just as Emmett jumped on it.Edward pounced second.I,tried to hand off Renesme.Alice caught her.The wolf was brown,Quil.He pulled me out of the house,easily tossing off Edward and Emmett.I tried to free myself but I couldn't.The wolf's grip was tighter than mine. I stared,silent at the Cullen's,my family,struggle.I wondered about Renesme,was she safe?Edward,was he okay?The Cullen's,were they all alive? In my final hours,minutes I thought only of my family.Quil threw me to the ground deep in the forest.

"Quil! What are you doing?"I screamed.
"He panted and howled at me.

"He did this Quil.Jacob did this to himself!"I growled.

He tried to snap at me but I moved.I tried to run but he caught me.He stared at me with those black eyes.They were angry.He was panting heavy,with death lingering in every breath.I looked over to see out of the trees that two newborns ganging up on Edward.

"EDWARD!!RUN!!!DONT BE STUPID!!"I yelled.

He looked up at me apologectially and attacked one newborn.The second on pounced and jumped on him.I felt a buildup in my chest.It was painful.It was a tearless sob.I felt a sudden fear through me.How would Edward exsist without me?He would have to.For Renesme/I snapped  back into reality.I noticed  that Edward and Jasper killed the two newborns.As I was thinking of Edward and Renesme,Edward shouted.
"I CAN HEAR YOU BELLA!"

"WHAT?!"I yelled back.
I managed to push Quil off.He ended up by a nearby tree.As he landed Edward was by my side.

"Your thoughts!"He said with a smile.Quil rose to attack.Edward pushed me back and crouched in a defensive position.I heard a growl come from him.One very angry.One I'd never heard before.Quil attacked and Edward counter-attacked.Quil broke like a leaf under Edward.He was gone.Then Edward scooped me up and ran to the house in under two seconds.I saw Rosalie holding Renesme.She was in defense mode.I let her hold onto her.It was for the best.I felt like sa failure.I couldn't even keep my family safe.Even as a vampire.

"Stop,Bella.You did what you could."Edward said.

Oh Crap.Right he can hear my thoughts.

"Yeah.I can."Edward said with a smile.He took my had and ran up to his old bedroom.
"Stay here.I'm going to finish this.Sam is out there.They only had four newborns.We finished them off easily."Edward said slightly smug.

Mentally,I said Is he crazy.

"A little.Yes.They've taken our happiness Bella.I'm going to do whatever it takes.Even if we have to leave Forks we WILL be safe."He left.
After five minutes Rosalie came upstairs with Renesme.She handed me my daughter.

"Where did he go?" I asked.

"Edward and Carlisle went to fight Sam."Rosalie answered.As she finished a loud,painful howl came from the forest.About two minutes after that Edward came in,Rosalie left.

"My loves."Edward said with a smile as he knelt by the bed.He hugged us.Renesme giggled between us.

I thought..it will never be over.

"I just ended it."He said seriously.Just then I heard Jasper yell,"Calm Bella..Calm."

I took a deep breath and instantly calmed.Edward pulled me off the bed.I put Renesme in my place.He put the radio on and twirled me.How could he be so normal about this?

"Because it's over now."He answered my mental question.

"Okay.Stop.These are my thoughts.How can you hear me now?CARLISLE!!! PLEASE COME HERE!!"I had to call because Edward's arm was tightly around my waist.

"Yes Bella."He went over to Renesme and quickly examined her.
"I can hear her."Edward almost yelled.

"What?" Carlisle was astonished/
