    So I have a questionable job. what’s the problem?

     

     

     

    “Wow, a girl that eats that well deserves at least a medal of some kind maybe a small foreign coutnry,” a light voice said from behind me. I made it a point not to turn around or even acknowledge who was speaking to me. You could never be too careful in LA. Out of my peripheral vision, I saw someone slide into the seat next to me and I glanced over. She was a brunette, her head was a mess with beautiful curls and her olive skin stood out against the army green tank top she was wearing. “I haven’t seen you around here before, hey Alma I’ll have my usual.”

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “I don’t live around here, I was just stopping for a bite to eat,” I said averting her dark eyes. The brunette waved to the frumpy waitress who had, since seeing her, produced a grin.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “This is a dangerous part of the city, you should really watch your step,” said the brunette casually flipping her hair off of her right shoulder.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “I can take care of myself,” I answered her curtly staring at my sneakers and taking a sip from my Dr. Pepper. The brunette simply laughed and grabbed the to go bag off of the counter. Before she left she spun around and stared me down.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “Hope to see you soon blue eyes,” she said throwing a wink my way. I stared at her back for a moment as she ran across the street but then a car drove past the window and blocked her from my view. When the traffic had cleared she was gone. My burger arrived and I devoured it quickly. Throwing a few bills on the table, I stalked out of the diner wondering about the brunette. Avalon seemed to be in full swing when I got there and I had to admit, it was a nice set up. Four cages bordered the room and poles were scattered everywhere. There was a small room in the back that I assumed was VIP and only kept for private dances. It was crowded and I had to fight my way through a horde of overly hormonal males howling at some poor little blonde who was so obviously an amateur it was painful.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

    The lights dimmed and smoke began to rise from the stage. The throng of male baboons fell quiet and their attention was called to the front of the room. A techno beat began to pound of the speakers until suddenly it screeched to a halt. The edges of the catwalk suddenly ignited into flames and the so seemingly normal strip club began to resemble hell. The lights went crimson and a deep voice came over the PA system.

               

     

     

     

     

     

     

    “From the depths of hell, she’s here for one night only, welcome your favorite demon turned woman, RAVVVVEN!!!” The men exploded into cheers and the fog around the stage began to clear revealing a petite woman. I couldn’t see her face, her back was turned. The beginnings of Angel to You, Devil to Me blasted from the speakers. Raven turned around to the face the crowd, holding her hands high into the air and I realized that it was the brunette from the diner.

    2. Oh gosh you know I was on the edge of my seat while you were writing this … while I think this challenge is absurd because you are obviously the better writer, I am glad that it produced this fic. Looking forward to the future updates. Great work!

    3. Dreamer? Oh please. I’d get my ass kicked in something like this. =PI suck at writting and eyeheartmusik has mad skillz. But I am kind of glad LAVIZZY agreed to this. Feuds are fun.

    4. Umm (*blushes*) too kind you are. but honestly this fic totally rocks. A Spashley stripper story is like a dream come true. LAVIZZY is 100% terrible. eyeheartmusik is the shit! thats all that needs to be said. Right on with this, looking forward to more updates. =)

    5. I’m definately with everyone else in saying that you’re the better writer and this story is already AMAZING! I have NO problem with thinking on Ashley stripping…or Spencer for that matter!

    6. It’s one storyline with 5 chapters. Are you kidding me?! Write against Dreamer or DECONSTRUCTxME?! I would so totally lose. They are such amazing authors!

    8. Thanks eyeheartmusik but you and I both know that’s a complete lie. =P You would totally kick my ass in a write off and make my work look like something LAVIZZY wrote(No offence LAVIZZY) and don’t stop writting this story even if the contest is over(if it’s over) because strippers rule. XD

    12. i can relate to certain parts of this story. For example, my neighbor is a stripper. She offered to give me a lap dance while i was in the army..but she scares me. weak. And then you mentioned Dr. Pepper. Someone threw a Dr. Pepper at my car the other day and yelled “You just got DP’ed! BAM!” uhhh so in reality I didn’t really relate to anything, but i still like the story. write more
