Spencer’s POV

So Ashley and I have been going out for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier. She’s the sweetest girl I’ve ever met and everything she does makes me happy. She picks me up for school everyday, we don’t have to worry about Kyla because Aiden gives her a ride to school. I just love her so much! I especially love the way she has Kyla put flowers and little notes saying ‘Have a great day!’ ‘See you soon’, and ‘I love you!’ In my locker since she goes to the high school and we don’t get to see each other during school. BUt everything will be so much easier next year. I wonder what’s in my locker today. I walk to my locker and open it up and see a rose with a card attached to it.

Hey Spencer! Have a great day!! I love you!

Aww, that’s so sweet! Hang on, I feel something in my pocket. I reach in and pull out another card.

Haha, I bet you’re wondering when I snuck this in your pocket. ; )

How the heck did she get that in there without me noticing?! There’s something mysterious about Ashley Davies. Something, almost, like, magic.

I look up and see Kyla getting out of Aiden’s car and I go run and see her.

"Hey Kyla!" I say as I give her a hug.

"Hey! Did you get the flower and the note?"

"Yeah and you know what else?"

"What?" She asked

"I looked in my pocket and I found this." I said as I showed her the card

"Hmm… that is really weird." She said, puzzled.

"I know, I can’t believe she could have gotten this in my pocket without me noticing."

"I don’t know, ask her when she picks you up today."

"I’m going to, I’ll see you later." I said as I headed off to class, confused.

When the final bell rung everyone piled out of school like a stampede. Kyla and I are the smart ones who wait until everyone leaves before we go, so we don’t get trampelled.

"Hey, I’m going over to Aiden’s today, are you going to my house to hang out with Ashley?" Kyla asked me as we headed out to the quad to wait for Aiden and Ashley to pick us up.

"Yeah."

"Well, I’ll see you later then, bye!" She said as Aiden pulled up. A few minutes later Ashley pulled up, and I hopped in the car.

"Hey!" I said as I leaned over and kissed her.

"Hey, you ready to go?" She asked me.

"Yeah. Can I ask you something?" I said as she pulled out of the parking lot.

"Yeah, anything." She said, looking over and smiling at me.

"How the heck did you get this in my pocket?" I asked

"A magician never reveals his or her tricks." She said, which left me silent for the rest of the ride home.

When we got to Ashley’s we went up to her room and she put on some music. We layed down on her bed with me in her arms, my head in the crook of her neck.

"You know, I’ve never met anyone like you." I truthfully said to her.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that you’re so different from everyone else, in a good way, of course. I mean that nobody has ever made me this happy. You’re, you’re like, magic, or something." I said, causing her to laugh "What’s so funny?" I asked her as she laughed.

"I don’t think that I’m very magic, Spencer." She said, still chuckling

"Yes, you are." I said, poking her side.

"Ow!" She said

"Awww poor baby, are you okay?" I asked laughing at her. When we stopped laughing we just looked into each other’s eye and she leaned in. I wasted no time by closing the distance between us.

"I love you." We both said on unison when this kiss was broken.
