Three days of music playing with Paula and Franzi not leaving each others sides. On the fourth morning, Paula eased her eyes open to see her and Franzi still in bed. Nothing was wrong from where they were laying. Using her imagination, Paula saw herself outside the balcony of the flatshare in her morning fatigues. With her looking left to right, then facing the outside world, Paula pictured and heard herself screaming, ‘MY NAME IS PAULA!! AND I AM IN LOVE WITH FRANZI! DO YOU HEAR ME?! MY NAME IS PAULA! AND I AM IN LOVE WITH FRANZI!!! OOWWWWWWW GAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!’

The way the morning sun was catching Franzi’s body was beautiful and heavenly. Thousands of images, sounds, and scenarios ran right into her head.

Paula thought ‘This…is……perfect’ as she looked at Franzi lying asleep next to her. Then Paula slid closer to Franzi, whispered into Franzi’s ear ‘I love you’ and smiled at Franzi’s peaceful, sleeping face. Paula didn’t want anything to change. She just wanted to stay in bed with Franzi.

Looking up at the ceiling with an open grin, Paula heard the song "Time After Time" playing on the stereo, giggled and thought, ‘Gee those are really good batteries.’ But Paula knew she had to get out of bed sometime. She just didn’t want it to be now.
