    I’m still in love with her…and that’s what scares me.

                        “You did what?!?”

    It’s Thursday…again, and this time I’m not all that excited. It could be the fact that this is the day I have to explain myself to Aiden.

                        “Shh, keep your voice down.” It’s a coffee house does he have no manners? Sheesh.

                        “No…What the hell Spencer?” Well at least he lowered his voice, unfortunately the venom…still very much present.

                        “I know, I know, I know.” I have nothing else to say, I was stupid I know, but that doesn’t really change anything.

                        “See this…” He taps his finger on the table. “…this is why I didn’t want to say anything.” I don’t understand.

                        “What do you mean?” I ask, in the lowest voice I could muster.

                       

                        “I knew you would do something like this.” Okay…harsh much? I don’t remember ever seeing Aiden this mad, not even when I broke up with him.

                        “Like what?” I know what he’s talking about now, but I need to hear him say it.

                        “Chicken out Spencer.” Wow, we’re really being blunt about everything today. He doesn’t stray from my eyes, watching my every move.

                        “I didn’t chicken out…I’m just not ready to have that conversation yet.” And it’s the truth, I thought I was but things change.

    1. Uh oh first comment. Go me! But this chapter is really good. I really liked the flashback, I can kind of relate. Hopefully Spencer will get the nerve to talk to Ashley about everything going on in that head of hers. I’m sure this isn’t easy on Ashley either. Keep posting and I’ll keep reading.
