I’m waiting outside for her.

Spencer:"Alors,on y va??"I ask(So,shall we go?)

Ashley:"What???"She looks me with that WTF face."Look ,if you want to talk to me I’ll thank you if you do it in English if you don’t I’ll think you are calling me names."

I laugh.

Spencer:"Shall we go?"

Ashley:"Yep,get in!!"

She is driving.

I remembered that I have to ask her if she wants to go to the ball with Glenn but I am not sure if I should ask her that,were aren’t even friends,well I don’t think so.

Spencer:"Uhmmm…hey uhmmm….Ashley…."Oh,come on I can’t make a sentence properly.

Ashley:"You can call me Ash if you prefer."

Spencer:"You don’t mind?"

Ashley:"Of course not,why would I?"

Spencer:"Well,we aren’t friends…and…uhm…"

Ashley"Who told you that?"She asks angrily.

Spencer:"What?"

Ashley:"That we aren’t friends."

Spencer:"Nobody…I just didn’t want to presume because ….uhm you see I…"Oh my God!!What am I doing?’?

Ashley:"Hey!We are friends,of course if you are ok with that.Are you?"

Spencer:"Yes I am!"I say so happy,she’s my first and new friend here,I don’t know anyone else.

We didn’t speak for a while that seemed ages.

Ashley:"Hey,do you want to have some fajitas or whatever you want?"

Spencer:"I would love to but I would better be going home,if you don’t mind,my mom is waiting for me with the hole family to have dinner."

Ashley:"Ok,another time." "Sure"I add.

She parks in front of my house.

Ashley:"Well…"I cut her off.

Spencer:"Look,this will sound weird or stupid or whatever but I have to ask you something."

Ashley:"Ok,shoot"

Spencer:"Would you go to the ball with Glenn?"

Ashley:"WHAT?"She asks astonished.

Spencer:"Well..since he doesn’t know anyone and he thinks you are gorgeous and we are friends…I told him I was going to ask you."

Ashley:"Oh and why doesn’t he asks  his self instead of making you ask for him?"She says angrily.

Spencer:"Well..uhmmmm…"I panic,can’t even say a word.

Ashley:"Do you want me to go?"

Spencer:"What?"

Ashley:"Do you want me to go with him?"She asks.

Wow, she is serious.

Spencer:"Look,I know Glenn is an ass but he still being my brother and he would like to go with you."

Ashley:"That isn’t what I asked you.Just say YES or NO.That simple."

Spencer:"Let’s make a deal;you go with him,dance with him one song and if you are bored I take you..well you drive us to another place or whatever you want,ok?"

Ashley:"Deal!"

We shake hands.

Spencer:"Thanks for the ride and thank you for going with Glenn."I don’t look at her."Good night."

Ashley:"Spencer!.Thanks for the classes.See you tomorrow?"

I can see she has a disappointed look on her face but I can’t tell why.

Spencer:"Yeah."

She hugs me and then I head to my house’s door.I can see she watching me untill I enter it.
