Forever is Cliche – (Chapter: Curse of the Curves)
Spencer and Ashley.
Ashley and Spencer.
Spencer and I.
Me and Spencer.
I am so happy. Happy isnt even a strong enough word to describe how I feel right now.
We left party and I drove Spencer back to her house. I had asked if she wanted to stay at my place tonight, but she said her mom wanted her home to help clean the place up. Moms sure know how to ruin a girls night.
I pulled into Spencers driveway, now sad that she had to leave.
Ashley: Are you sure you cant stay?
Spencer: Im really sorry, babe. I have to go. Walk me to the door?
Ashley: Of course. As long as I get to spend a little more time with you.
Okay, so Im cheesey, big whoop. Im falling head over heels in love with this girl, and I doubt she knows of anything that she does to me. Her smile could light up the whole world, and just knowing that Im the one that gets to see it everyday makes me feel like a million bucks. Her personality is upbeat and kind, and being with her just makes me want to be a better person than I am.
Ashley: So… here’s your door…
Spencer: Really? I hadnt noticed… Well I’ll see you on Monday then?
Ashley: Of course. I lo– I had a good time tonight, Spence. Thanks.
Spencer: No problem. (smiles) I had a good time too.
Every time she smiles I always want to kiss her, even when we’re around tons of people. But now that were not, I think I will kiss her.
I closed the gap between us, pressing my lips against her full, perfect one. I could feel my knees give, and I felt as though I were flying. She ran her tounge against my bottom lip, begging for entrance. Being the kind person that I am, I wasnt going to decline. I opened my mouth, and our tounges fought for domenance.
I grabbed her waist, and Spencer put her arms around my neck as our hot and steamy make out session carried on.
You know how earlier I said that moms knew how to ruin a girls night? Well I wasnt lying. Spencer’s mom opened the door with perfect timing.
Paula: SPENCER CARLIN WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING?!?!?!?!
Spencer: Mom, I….
Paula: GET IN THIS HOUSE RIGHT NOW! AND YOU, MISSY, YOU DO NOT SET FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR MY DAUGHTER AGAIN!!!! DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?
Ashley: Yes, Ma’am…
Spencer: Ash, Im so sorry!
Ashley: It’s okay babe. I’ll miss you.
I headed back to my car and millions of thoughts were running through my head: I thought her mom knew she was gay? Am I ever going to see her again? My life is over. I cant believe her mom would do that.
The only person that mattered right now was Spencer. I dont want to see her hurt, and I really dont think that I could go on without her. I know I just met her like a week ago, but feelings can develop faster than you think. Before I met her, I didnt think that anyone cared for me, or that I had anything to live for. But when I met her, everything changed, and I knew that I was here for a reason.
I got home, and the first thing I did was call Spencer.
Spencer: Hello?
Ashley: Hey, are you crying?
Spencer: Uh.. yeah. Ash, can I ask you something?
Ashley: Anything.
Spencer: Do you think… maybe… I could stay with you… my mom kicked me out.
Ashley: SHE WHAT?!?!?!?
