Everything Changes After Spending 7 Months Apart – (Chapter: Girl, Save your soul before you're too far gone. Before Nothing can be done. Without me, you've got it all.)

“Ha-ha” Ashley says seductively. “I can make you twitch.” She punctuates by flicking her finger, drawing out the last wave of my orgasm.

That was nothing short of amazing. To say that it was the best orgasm I had since my first ever orgasm would be an understatement. It had been an entire day of sexual frustration. Finally, it was all released. I felt relaxed and at ease. My entire body was thankful for the tension release.

We smoked cigarettes. We went inside. We sat in the living room with Mom and all talked. We ate at the table. She took a shower. She looked at the clock. She was excited. She was going to be headed to her boyfriends’ house soon. Sean’s house would be her destination where she would stay the night.

I have nothing against the guy. He seems like a nice guy from everything I have heard and the one time I met him. But he is passive and submissive. Ashley is exactly the opposite. Opposites attract, I suppose. I hope that he keeps her happy. I wish the same for him in return. I know that they like each other. But when she talks about him, she lacks the tone she had for her past loves. When they talk in text message, she lacks the huge, pathetic smile. I just do not believe that she is as happy as she says she is.

I know that she is still hurt by what Aiden did. I am just closer to believing that she is still hung up on Aiden than believing that she genuinely loves Sean. But regardless, I have let her go. I am now both ready and prepared to let her go. As much as some people would think that would be upsetting, it is relieving.

Being in love is hard. It is stressful. There are so many extremes with it. It is a bipolar exchange of emotions. You’re either really happy or really upset when something happens. There is no in-between. The reason for that is because if they hurt you, it’s always the “I can’t believe the person I love could do that to me.” But if it were someone you only liked, it wouldn’t hurt that bad. And the same thing goes for the good.
