Don't trust me, I'll break you – (Chapter: 11: Gotta Spend Some Time Love)
Ashley’s POV
We drove for hours. We split up into two search parties. Me, Kyla, Chyna, Tati, and Joanna. The boys went on their own. We came upon a building. It looked so familiar. I told Gabe to lead the guys around back to see if their were any more entrances. We went through the front and up the stairs we crept.
A alarm went off in my head. My head started to hurt and I collasped on one of the steps"Whoa whoa you okay?", Kyla was holding me up"I..I don’t know", I said not so sure of myself. Thats when I felt her pain. I was feeling everything Spencer felt. She was definantly somewhere in this building. My arms were burning. But not literally. We started to run up the stairs.
Let me tell you. If I wasn’t intent on findding her I would’ve been dead beat. Me and Tati were in front. It would be best since if there were guards they wouldn’t be expecting us. Chyna was right behind us with Jo and Kyla by her side. We came around to the first room. Thats when I saw her. Not Spencer though.
My mom was sitting in a chair. Strapped down by tape and ropes. I guess I didn’t know I was crying until Kyla hugged me. "Come on we will deal with this later we gotta get Spencer", I released myself from her hold still confused at seeing her. For 12 years I thought she was dead. She was alive. "No I wanna save her. You guys go find Spencer and help out the guys", Tati started to protest but I held out my hand to stop her from talking"Go", Kyla nodded once and they all followed her farther up the stairs seeing as this was only the 2nd floor
I came towards my mothers unconcious body. I knew it was her. Her lips were the same as mine. Hair was a rich brown just like mine. Alot of similarities. I started to tear at the duct tape and she started to stir. Her eyes opened. I forgot the tape on her mouth as she started to scream. "No no shhhh I am trying to get you outta here ssshhh!", I said trying to calm her down. She got quiet and watched me as I untied the ropes at ease. Jeez these guards don’t know how to tie. Boy scout recruits my father hired probably.
