    Spencer Carlin is Head cheerleader at King High…..sounds like a bitch right?….you may be surprised….Spencer and Ashley get up close and personal..

    Austin spotted me and waved at me. SC glanced up and I was close enough to see her frown, this was noticed by Austin who looked between us then flopped onto the grass. It looked as if they needed to talk so I left them to it and continued my journey to the parking lot.

    ‘What’s she looking at?’ Spencer growled and I looked at my friend in stunned amazement.

    ‘Uh, well I could ask what the hell’s wrong with you?’ How come she was no longer a member of the Ashley Appreciation Society?

    ‘Listen, I’m sorry about yesterday,’ she avoided my question as she collapsed down next to me and began pulling up individual blades of grass.

    ‘No Spence, it was my fault.’ It really was. 

    ‘Why were you kissing her?’ the words were a whisper and I could hear the anguish behind them.

    ‘I just got cocky, I’ve changed, grown up, since I last spent time with Ashley and wanted to prove a point.’ I mumbled but she was used to it and was taking in every word. ‘Spence, it was just a peck, honest. You walked in just as I kissed her.’

    ‘That’s all?’ she asked quietly as the uprooted blades of grass fell through her fingers.

    ‘Yeah, I told her that was all she was getting too!’ I smirked at the memory. Spencer chuckled next to me and I turned to face her. ‘I’m truly sorry Spence.’

     

    I met those blue eyes which didn’t have quite the same effect on me as most girls I knew. Thank god I was immune, otherwise life would be very complicated. How many gay girls fall in love with their best friend? I know, far too many! Heh, at least mine was oh so gay, but I wasn’t going there. Ever!

    It was the truth. Austin wouldn’t lie to me and I’d be able to tell anyway.

    ‘What was she doing at your house?’ I needed to know why she was there in the first place.

    ‘Oh!’ I turned to face my friend full on at her exclamation. ‘Ah, well you see…’ she tailed off and I frowned, what the hell wasn’t she telling me? ‘Uh, well….,’

    ‘Austin!’ I growled and she swallowed. ‘Was she visiting Maggie?’ I asked quietly, afraid of the answer. I didn’t want to lose two loves in as many days, and to each other!

    14. ok so either ash is dreaming or has a very vivid imagination.. but anyway that whole “I’ve missed you” is so going to bring it all back to ash isn’t it??? she’ll realize who spence is and all? and it’s great that she finally found out spence is the other SC. now she just needs to realize spence doesn’t have a man. and I can’t wait to hear how maggie and spence made up (well duh they obviously made up) I want to hear the words that were spoken between them. good god hun you need to post now! (well ok ok when you have time I suppose) =)
