“ yea  a history.” I say glumly

“ what do you mean ash?”

“ look Spence me amber and riley have a really fucked up past a lot of shit happened between the three of us. And then some stuff happened and we all changed our ways, and then you came along and well everything has changed for the better”  I say 

SPENCERS POV

Alright so ash is acting weird. I honestly don’t mind the fact that her and amber dated. But I don’t know what she is hiding but I know something is up. “ Ash what happened before I moved up here?”I ask not knowing if im fully ready to hear this answer I know its not going to be a happy one.

“Well Spence,  you deserve to know but before I tell you what happened I need you to know that this all happened in the past, all of it is over and done with. The three of us all had to pay for our actions.and nothing like it will ever happen again.”

“ash I know it was the past.  Now just tell me what happened.” Im not mad or anything but im nervous as hell. What could she possibly have done that has got her this upset.”

“ alright here goes.. Awhile ago like 2-3 years before you moved out here me amber were the best of friends we were also good friends with riley. We all  spent every day all day together, and well we weren’t saints. We all had pretty rough childhoods growing up. Riley was abused, amber as you know was in and out of foster homes till she was 18  after both of her parents died when she was 6 and me well  my dad was never around touring rockstars don’t make good parents. And my mom never gave two shits about me she cared even less when I told her I was gay. We started partying and I mean partying we did drugs we slept around didn’t have a care in the world until that night.”

“What night ash?”  I ask shakily. Ok so she wasn’t an angel every one makes mistakes

“ about a two years ago the three of us were out with our friend tiff, tiff was 18 just like the three of us. We were all high taking pictures of ourselves doing lines, smoking and various other risky poses. Just for fun and for our eyes only. Well we all decided that itd be fun to go out to the club. We selected tiff as the driver she seemed the least fucked up. We managed to get to the club safe. We all went inside, none of us suspecting that it would change our lives forever. Tiff met this guy Jesse at the club and they hit it off there was an instantaneous attraction between the two. Riley, amber and I decided to leave  so I  went to go get tiff. Tiff was completely trashed and wanted nothing to do with leaving jesse behind, we started to fight and got into a huge argument that ended up with me getting amber and riley to agree on leaving her behind It was the worst decision I ever made. And I made that one completely wasted on a combo of coke, and a shit load of alcohol. Well i left tiff there that night she told me she would catch a taxi home when the club closed and we all  would be fine.i told amber and riley that she was being a bitch and wanted to catch a cab home. So we decided to leave after all tiff was supposed to be the responsible one in our group that night. But that wasn’t her that night hell that wasn’t any of us that night. We went home, and tiff never came home.”  she tells me beginning to cry. Wow i don’t even know what to say.
