It was a motorcycle. And the rider was, Jacob Black. Pat and Logan were besides Luc and I in a flash, soon followed by Parise and Erika. Luc pulled me behind him, like he was trying to protect me. He stopped the bike about 10 feet from us and paused. His eyes locked with mine and he smirked.

''Hello, Julie, long time no see!'' Jacob said.

I heard Luc growl and he pulled me to his chest.

Ignore him, Julie. Logan's voice rang in my head.

''Jake, go away,'' Edward hissed.

''Parise, Erika, leave,'' Logan muttered darkly.

''Why us?!'' Parise yelled.

''Fine! Just go to the damn school entrance then!'' Logan yelled back.

Parise flinched and started to walk but Erika stood in place. She and Jacob kept on looking in each others eyes.

''Erika!'' Pat growled darkly.

She jumped and jogged towards the entrance with Parise.

''Let us deal with this,'' Edward told Luc.

Luc glared, ''yeah… We don't want to get into this petty war over a girl.''

Edward stiffened and glared.

''Well, at least I don't trick girls into liking me to swap spit in my car.'' Edward hissed darkly.

That hurt. It felt like someone just stabbed me in the heart. I shook out of Luc's arms and walked away, brushing against Logan's arm on the way.

''You bastard!'' Luc yelled.

''Guys!'' Alice yelled.

I wrapped my arms around my stomach and made my way towards my new friends. Jacob's laugh made me turn my head.

''I guess I didn't have to come all the way over here to cause hell! You guys can do that on your own!'' His laugh was dark.

People started to make there way out of the school and I saw Edward and Luc regain themselves.

''Let's go to class,'' Parise said to me, pulling a coat over my shoulders.

I just noticed now that I didn't have a coat, so I just nodded and followed them in the school.

Luc's Point Of View

I never felt so angry towards the Cullens. He made Julie think I was just using her. And the… Pup was just making everything worst.
