Your daughter saved this young womans life and she wanted to ride in the ambulance with her.

I passed out, she gave me mouth to mouth. I guess you are gabe?

GABE

ASTER

You have a great daughter. Shes a life saver. And SO humble about it.

VIVIAN

Well I was just at the right place at the right time.

PARAMEDIC

If it was not for your daughter she would have died.

GABE

Why did you pass out

ASTER

I heard about what happened at the trade centers and i guess my heart condition did the rest.

INT. HOSPITAL – LATER

Five hours later the doctor feels that Aster is strong enough to leave the hospital

ASTER

So I should not pass out anymore?

ER DOCTOR

You should be fine as long as you try not to stress it too much.

ASTER

Ill try.

ER DOCTOR

Gabe you are also free to go and take these pills to help with the cough. Take it easy

GABE

Gabe turns to an extremely tired Vivian

GABE

Who wants dinner?

VIVIAN

Sure but could we go to dinner with Aster? We were sort of talking in the ambulance and hey if you are paying.

GABE

ASTER

Sure and hey id even be cool with Chinese

VIVIAN

Hmm we should get three take out containers and just eat seprately.

Do you need to tell your parents where you are?

Hah no I practically live by my self. mom works day shift, dad works night shift. mom sleeps while im home

I really dont have one

INT.GABE'S APARTMENT – LATER

The car pulls into the parking slot at the apartment

All three of them get out and head for the apartment

They enter. Vivian and Aster go up stairs to Viv's bedroom.

INT. VIVIANS BEDROOM

Vivian lays down keeping her elbows against the pillow and her head up.

GABE

Im just ordered chinese it's going to be about 10 minutes

VIVIAN

K dad. we will come down, get it and bring it up here.

GABE

ASTER

VIVIAN
