    A Full Day of Memories

     

    Chapter 10

     

    It was now four months since Spencer and Ashley found out that they were having twins and a week before Spencer due date, thing with the couple were going great until Ashley told Spencer that she needed to go to New York for a week.

     

    Spencer: “Why now Ash, can’t you wait or send someone instead”, she asked with tears in her eyes, “Ash I can have the babies at any minute and I really want you there when the twins are born.”  Ashley went to where Spencer was standing and wrapped her arms around Spencer and kissed her lips sweetly.

     

    Ashley: “I will be here babe, the date the doctor gave us is the 12th and I’m back by the 11th”, she gave Spencer another kiss “and besides the doctors said that the babies could come a day or two after your due date”

     

    Spencer: “Yeah, but he also said that they could come a day or two before”, Spencer said looking into Ashley’s eyes. “Promise me Ash; promise me you’ll be here before their born, please?”

     

    Ashley: “I promise babe, wild horses couldn’t keep me away.” Ashley said and gave her another kiss.

     

    It was now the day that Ashley was leaving they were at the Carlin’s. The girls had decided that since Spencer’s due date was close it was better for her to stay at her parents just incasing the babies decided to come early.  Ashley had also promised Spencer that she was just a phone call away and if the babies did decide to come early she would have her company jet to bring her back home.  Ashley’s taxi was now waiting for her and she and Spencer were now saying their goodbyes.  Spencer had her hands around Ashley’s neck and Ashley hand her hands at Spencer’s side.

     

    Spencer: “I’m gonna miss you so much.”  Spencer said hugging Ashley and crying.

     

    Ashley: “I know, but I’ll be back on Sunday.” She said giving Spencer a kiss “And remember I’m only a phone call away.”  Spencer nodded and they shared another kiss.  “I love you baby”

     

    Spencer: “I love you too, hurry back home ok”, Ashley bent down and kissed Spencer’s belly this was her ritual every morning when she got up, every night before she went to sleep and every time she left the house.
