– Anyway I came in here to tell you that visiting hours are about to end, so you may want to leave the room in a little – the doctor was as gentle as he could but anyway it caused Carmen to snap-

– Can’t we stay here? I mean, what if she wakes up? She’d be all alone

– Well m’am, oficially neither of you are familiar related to the pacient so it’s not allowed for you to stay.

– But she doesn’t have anyone! That’s not fair! – Said Carmen more higher than intended- I mean – She tried to slow down a bit-

– I’m sorry m’am, but you have to go. You can comeback tomorrow at first hour.

– It’s okay, thank you very much doctor – Said a reasurring Alice while looking at Carmen- is his job Carmen. Besides we’ll be here tomorrow early. Don’t worry.

Two hours had passed since they left the hospital. Carmen was already in her bed looking and the sealing and thinking. ‘What if Alice was right and Shane had done all that for her?
