"Tina, how did the interview go?!" Alice yelled across the cafe as Tina was walking towards the table.

"Give her a minute, Al, it’s not like she’s running away from you," Tasha scolded

"Though she may be now," Bette retorted with a laugh as she stood up to greet her smiling blonde fiancé.  "How was it, baby?" She asked gently.

"It went well," Tina replied as she sat down in a chair next to Bette.  "I met with the head of the department and I wasn’t so sure at first, but when I told them I would think about it they offered me $350,000 each season," Tina paused due to overlapping gasps at the table. "They told me that they want me ‘that bad’ and will pay me anything. They think that it could be taken as a serious show if my name was on it. Though it’s a teen soap, I don’t see how that can be taken seriously, but that’s neither here or there…" she continued. "So, I took it."

Bette was still in shock over her wife’s tremendous accomplishment. "I’m so proud of you baby!" Bette exclaimed as she leaned in and kissed Tina fully on the lips.

"We’re still here!" Alice coughed.

Bette broke the kiss and looked at Alice. "If I want to kiss my soon to be wife, I will."

"Yea I know, but I want to hug her and I don’t want to have to look at your tongue going in her mouth!"

Alice’s reply forced a laugh from the entire table as she got up to hug Tina.

"So when do you guys go home?" Shane asked curiously.

"Tomorrow. We leave at 7pm," Tina answered.

"We’re going to miss you two. It’s been so nice having you back in L.A.," Helena said sadly.

"Yea, you guys…do you know when you’re coming back?" Alice questioned

"Well, Tina decided she wanted to remodel the house, so we drew up plans and its going to be a three month renovation. We’re going to take those three months and hopefully be back." Bette said

‘What’s bad is that the time is going to interfere with Angie’s kindergarten schedule and so Bette and I were thinking about either renting a small condo here for a month or something. We don’t want to send Angie to Kit for a month." Tina interjected.
