The drive to the studios was done in silence but with Dana resting her hand on Alices` thigh and both with enormous smiles on their faces. They pulled up to the gates and Jim looked out at them both and said morning to the girls. Dana leant over Alices lap giving her a strange thrill, and looked at Jim asking how he was doing. He commented on how he hadn’t seen her for a few days and Dana said how Alice had had a day off and said that she would find time to pop out for a chat at some point to keep him updated. Jim beamed, he loved his chats with Dana although he knew about their developing relationship after seeing articles in the papers, but he would rather hear the truth from her.

Alice pulled up and went straight to set after kissing Dana goodbye and saying she would try and get back about 14:00ish for lunch but they had a lot to do. Dana was fine with this as Bette had rung her on the way in to say she was free for the interview when she finally got up and left the love nest! Dana wanted to try and get it completed for her to read through before the end of the day. Alice was secretly pleased at this as she had plans of her own …

Dana went over to Bette’s trailer to do the interview. She took the same approach as she did with Alice, although this was even more relaxed than the one with Alice. As they finished quite quickly they even had chance to have a coffee and chat in general about her and Alices` relationship. Dana found out even more details about her Alice, including some embarrassing but funny stories. They chatted and laughed until Dana said she was going to try and find Alice then type up the interview for Bette to read before emailing it. Bette had enjoyed her time with Dana and realised that she was really special and the perfect match for Alice.

Dana had looked all around the set for Alice after no lunch at the trailer, but Tina had said Alice had been backwards and forwards from the set and on her mobile phone a lot. She wasn’t sure what she was up to. Going back to the trailer, which was still unoccupied, Dana set up her laptop and typed up her report. She was so pleased with the finished product, she had put the honest, positive side of Bette Porter and wished that she would love it too.
