Chapter 5
’Dana?’

Alice began to run to her apartment when Dana stood up and wiped her tears away.

‘Dana…what are you doing here?’

‘I’m sorry…I should leave..I don’t know what I was thinking’

‘No…I didn’t mean to…I mean I…’

‘It’s ok Alice…’

Dana passed her and was on her way to the elevator when Alice turned around.

‘No Dana wait. Please come back. I was looking for you everywhere. I was just shocked because I didn’t expect you at my door. Why are you here? I thought you hate me…’ the last words she whispered.

Dana turned around and came a few steps back. Tears running down her face

‘You know…someone hurt me and my first reaction was to go to my best friend…but then I sat here waiting for you and I realized that you where the one who broke my heart. So I think I should leave.’

‘Dana please give me a chance to explain. I kicked Gabby out earlier!’

‘What? Don’t lie to me Alice. I saw her going in!’

‘Yes but I told her that I don’t have feelings for her anymore and that I don’t want to see her ever again. I would never lie to you Dana. You know me. Please come inside…please?’

Dana came in. They went in the livingroom and sat down on the couch. After a moment of silence Dana suddenly said

‘I’m sorry that I yelled at you.’

‘Well it was very impressing. I didn’t know that you can be so loud and angry.’

‘Huh…surprise!’ They both smiled and Danas faded as fast as it came.

‘Why were you looking for me?’

‘Because I was worried and wanted to explain to you that this whole Gabby-thing was a missunderstanding.’

‘Oh…’

‘And…’

‘What?’ Dana was impatient. She just wantet to know if she made a total fool of herself or if Alice reciprocates her feelings.

‘When I heard you right, which was kinda hard because you yelled and I was shocked, anyway…you said that you would wish that I was running after you…’

‘Alice I’m sorry…I didn’t intent to tell you that…’ Dana said with tears forming in her eyes.

‘Dana you destroy my intro!’ Alice said with a soft grin

‘Oh I’m sorry…go on please’
