A week had past since their vacation in Hawaii. Bette, having settled into their routine work, decided to finally meet up with Tina and their lawyers in an attempt to come to an equitable resolution regarding the custody case for Angelica. In a display of solidarity, Helena decided to meet her pal and her attorney earlier to give them a testimonial on her own lawsuit, and some advice regarding the direction they should take.

As they were preparing to order their food, Nelle de Rossi felt a tap on her shoulder and when she turned around, a familiar voice behind her exclaimed loudly, “Oh my God, it is you! How’s Ellen doing? I miss her so much…”

“Dylan!” Helena gasped in complete disbelief, thinking that she could be hallucinating, until she heard the reply from the lawyer.

“She’s okay…” Nelle replied nonchalantly before turning her attention to the menu, which was clearly more interesting. Shrugging, she added, “Still doing the same job at the theatre”

Still stunned by the sudden confrontation, both Bette and Helena looked at each other, looked at each other, curiosity etched on their faces.

“Do you think someone could tell me what’s going on here?" Helena demanded.

“You two knew each other?” Bette asked incredulously, shocked at another possible manifestation on Alice’s chart.

Dylan blurted out angrily, unable to stop herself. “She stole my ex from me!”

Shocked, Helena felt a surge of emotions rise up to her head as she realized that Dylan had still been lying to her. She felt cheated, betrayed and disgraced all at once and could not believe that someone she fell so deeply in love with had not told her the complete truth, not even in the final confession video that she left in her house.

She snapped at Dylan accusingly, “I thought you were straight?”

“I’m bisexual. It’s been very difficult. After the cheating happened, I just couldn’t go back to women anymore. Then Danny came, and he was smart, funny, kind and so I…” Her words trailed off to a mumble as she looked up, unsure of how the heiress could handle the information.
