Previously on Hazed & Confused:
Reaching out she placed her hand gently on the side of Tina’s face brushing away another fallen tear. Tina sensing Bette’s compassion brought her own hand to her face covered Bette’s and places a small kiss in her palm. "You are so beautiful" The words just seemed to fall from her mouth, catching herself and cursing herself for being so cliché’ she offered Tina a half-hearted smile. "I understand" Is all she said, then leaning in she pulled Tina close and offered her the comfort of woman’s arms, which were conveniently laced with empathy.

 

Chapter 10

 

 Nuzzling into Bette’s neck Tina allowed her scent to wash over her fully instantly calming her anxious nature. ‘This is so fucked up’ Tina thought to herself, she had come over to have a good time and hand ended up topless and crying. How did she let things get so out of control? She had hoped that the night would prove to be interesting but she would have never guessed it would turn out this way in a million years. Opening her eyes briefly and peering over Bette’s shoulder Tina realized for the first time that they were alone. Very confused and agitation growing exponentially, ‘this was all a trap…they set you up…damnit Kennard you’re such a joke.’ Her brain screamed. Pushing Bette away and reaching for her clothes Tina hurriedly stood up and prepared for her exit.
 

 
Bette: (mildly mortified) "whoa wait what happenedwhere are you going?"
 

Tina: (shooting Bette a deadly stare) "What happened…what happened…I’ll tell you what happened..I’m done playing your little game."
 

Bette: (completely confused starring blankly at Tina) "Wha…what gameTruth or Dare…I thought."
 

Tina: (cutting Bette off) "If that’s what you want to call it."
 

And with that she threw her Book-bag over her shoulder and speedily exited the door. Sitting there utterly bewildered and confused, Bette began to rub her temples, a feeble attempt at quieting her impending headache. "What the fuck!" she screamed to and empty room. How did things take such a sharp turn for the worse? Everything seemed to be going fine. ‘I was even a gentle dyke, holding her when she stared to cry and everything.’ The more she thought about it the more pissed she became. ‘Fuck that, thousand of girls would pay to get the full Porter treatment.’ Bette thought to herself, and with that Bette closed the book on one Ms. Tina Kennard.
 

Speed walking aimlessly Tina found herself at the local park, finding an abandoned bench she sat down and tried to compose herself. ‘You fucking fool, why do you trust people so easily, they could have tried anything with you.’ She cursed her lack of good judgment. ‘Well at least you were smart enough to get your ass out of there before it went any further.’ She thought to herself. Pleased with her reasoning she retrieved her cell phone to call her brother.
 

Brad: (groggy) "What’s wrong baby sis?"
 

Tina: (thinking fast) "Oh nothing’s wrong bro, Bette got in trouble and her mom sent us home."
 

Brad: (not really believing Tina but allowing her the luxury of keeping a secret) "Oh, Ok I seeI’ll be there in a sec."
 

Tina: (remembering she had walked a mile out of the way) "umm well I’m at the park…you know the one across from the deli?"
 

Brad: (slightly confused) "you’re where…the park…why never mind sit tight I’ll be there in 5.
 

Hanging up the phone and rushing to his car Brad tried to make sense of his sister’s vague phone call. ‘I don’t know what’s going on with her, I’ll give her time, and I hope she knows she’s not alone." With that he started the jeep and made his way to his thoroughly confused little sister.
