    Bette and Lara returns to LA…..

    Bette: I dont know…..its just Tina is pissed at me, for leaving for NY with you……..I tried to tell her, that you and I …..you know……are not together as a couple…..we are just friends……god, why do I always mess everything up?

     

    Lara: Bette, dont be so hard on yourself…..well straighten this out, when we get home tomorrow…..now go to sleep, Porter

     

    It was a little after 8 am , when Bette woke up with a pounding headache. She managed to climb out of bed and into the bathroom. Lara was still sleeping. Bette stared at herself in the mirrow. God, you look like *****, Porter…..what the ***** did you do last night? Bette turned on the water in the shower and undressed. She stepped into the shower, just letting the water hit her body. She just stood there. Lara banged on the door. Are you ok, Bette? Lara asked. There was no answer, so Lara went in:

    Chapter 15

     

    Lara entered the bathroom. It was like time stood still for Bette. She was just starring at the wall, while the water ran down over her body. Lara stood infront of the shower, calling out for Bette. Bette snapped out of her daydreaming and smiled at Lara.

     

    There was a knock on the door, but Bette and Lara didnt hear it. The knocking became louder and Lara shoutet come in. The door opened. Lara handed Bette a towel and went out to see, who it was at the door. It was the porter bringing them breakfast. I just need for you to sign here, Lara, the porter said. Thank you Niles…..did I order breakfast for 8.30 am, Lara said. You alway have it at this time, so we took the liberty to do so again, Niles said smiling. Thank you……..well be down later to check out……until next time Niles, bye. Lara gave Niles a nice tip and turned around towards the bathroom. Bette was already dressed and she was drying her hair.

     

    Lara: Bette are you ok?………I mean, its not like you to drink your sences out and daydream in the shower

     

    Bette: I guess yesterday was just to much……..I almost got killed and everything with Tina…..I just lost it and alcohol seemed to soothe over my problems
