Scene E

(At the evening Annabelle is packing her stuffs in the room.  Collin helping her by put Annabelle’s clothe into the

suitcase.  Kristen comes and touches Annabelle’s shoulder.)

Kristen:                       “Do you forget to say goodbye?”

Annabelle:                   “I’ll do that tomorrow.  When a government’s car seen around that’s the right time to say goodbye.”

Kristen:                       “This is the last night to see Ms. Bradley, Anna.  Cat and I would help you to meet her somewhere.  Mother Immaculata won’t  know at all.  Right, Cat?

Cat:                             (Cat showing near the door and nodding her head)  

“I still keep the secret, Anna.  I swear it wasn’t me.  I know who.  I can tell you.”

Annabelle:                   “I don’t need to know who is the mastermind behind.”

                                    (Annabelle stares Kristen)

                                    “I thought I passed the nightmare.  The truth, this is the real nightmare.  I didn’t see Ms. Bradley today.  Where is she?”

Kristen:                       “She went with the car after lunch.”

Cat:                             “She just arrived.  I saw her talking with Mother Immaculata.”

Annabelle:                   “Forget about it.  Maybe I can find someone else in new school.  Whatever.”

                                    (Annabelle raises her shoulder)

Collins:                        “I think you and Ms. Bradley is a nice couple.”

Cat                              “Soldier is a new challenge, Anna.”

Kristen:                       “Cat!”

Cat:                             “What!  Planned or not Anna is someone who reaching a lover.  Ms. Bradley too scares to show her natural bravery.  Anna, you are the heroine.”

 Annabelle:                   (smiling)

                                    “Actually, I wasn’t serious when I said that I wanna be dishonest.  It isn’t as easy as getting a pot from your father, Cat.”

Cat:                             (cynically smiled)
