" Of course i will" i said with a cheeky grin cupping her face. She grabbed my hand

" Ready to get outa here, it’s going to be getting dark soon."

" Sure." I said following her out of the water hand and hand. We stated to dry off and get dressed taking our time, not really caring about the time. Today was my day off and i was going to use it.

" Ash the only thing about us being together is my parents can’t know.. or anyone else on the farm… at least for now.." She said not meeting my eyes.

" Thats fine." I said tilting her chin up to look at me. " All that matter is I’m with you." I said with a smile.

That made her cheer up. She  tilted her head up to place a soft kiss on my lips.

" Your so sweet." She said stroking my cheek. Which caused me to blush. " And you are so cute when you blush." She said teasing.

" Well good cuz you make me do it a lot." I said laughing turning even redder.

The ride back was pretty uneventful. We talked about random things nothing to serous. Things mostly about her childhood. I tried to avoid mine at all costs. I don’t really like to talk about me. I’m more happy talking about her. After about a half an hour we were back at the barn and unsattling the horses and putting them in their stalls for the night.

" So I have talked about me this entire time. Now it’s your turn." She said nudging me playfully.

" Maybe in a little bit. Wanna go inside so we can see how Caleb is doing?" I asked. I really did want to see how he was doing. I wasn’t used to being away from him even if it was only a couple of hours. In the summer he came everywhere with me. I couldn’t leave him at home. But this year he would be starting pre-school in the fall, while i was in my senior year of high school. Thank god that was almost over.

We walked up the steps into the house and Spencer’s hand brushed mine. We both just looked at each other and smiled. Caleb was sitting on the porch playing with some old toy car’s with another boy who looked to be a bit older then him and maybe one of the worker’s son. He was really cute. Tanned Latino skin and dark shaggy hair. He looked a lot like Caleb just with darking skin i thought. Spencer’s mom was also in the porch doing what looked like a cross-word puzzle while sitting the the swing. The radio was also playing, a country song I didn’t know. I don’t know if I could ever really get into country I thought.
