ashley’s POV

after school i sat in my porche waiting for her. i thought silently how i was going to do this. ‘spence…i…i love you’ now thats dumb and way to soon to be saying that and meaning it like that. hell she doesn’t even know i like her. ‘spence i..i like you…more than a friend’ i guess that wor… i was interrupted by a knock on my window.

i unlocked the doors as she climbed in. "hey spence" i said

"hey you seem down whats wrong?" no its nothing i just am completely in love with you i thought to myself. "nothing i’ll talk to you about it later…you ready?"

"yes ash i’m ready"

i started my car and drove to the beach. we were silent most of the time so once we were there i took off the top of my car and turned up the radio. it was an early sunset so it was already setting because it took us a while to get here because of the stupid traffic.

i layed a blanket out as we sat and leaned against my car.

"so you going to tell me whats up?" as she said that, the only song that could express me right at that moment turned on. "this every single word represents what i’m feeling." i cleared my throat and sung in a quiet voice the whole song.
