”4 week suspension unpaid are you absolute kidding me?” Carman said into her phone pacing up and down ”I’m not worried about Andrew I’m absolutely livid who the hell does he think he is? Yes I know that…yes okay I’ll speak to you later bye” Carmen put her phone back in her pocket and then made her way back to Jess and Alycia.

”Is he okay?” Jess asked looking at her wife
”Yeah he got suspended unpaid” Carmen said sitting down sighing
”He’ll be fine” Jess said ”he thought he’d get suspended anyway”
”I know but still a month is ridiculous” Carmen stated lifting Alycia and preparing a bottle. Jess was watching her every move.
Carmen smiled at her wife ”What?”
”You have this baby stuff down. It’s cute to watch” Jess smiled
”So will you babe, your just weak at the minute” Carmen said
”Yes I know it’s slightly irritating, can’t wait to get home to our own bed” Jess yawned ”I did ask Mama to bring me some strawberries and grapes”
”Baby when Callie said keeping food down I think she meant something a little more substantial and not fruit”
”Yeah but I can’t force myself to eat, If I manage to keep the fruit down that’s a start and then hopefully they will take this stupid tube out” Jess explained
”Yes okay”

Bette and Tina walked in going over and both kissing Jess on the head and sitting down at the other side of her.

”How you feeling?” Bette asked putting the strawberries and grapes on the table ”Brought you Cherry Cola too although I don’t know how you drink the stuff”
”Yeah just sore” Jess yawned ”thank you”
”You have a little more colour about you today” Tina said
”Yeah Callie said her vitals are looking good” Carmen added
”Hi Guys” Arizona smiled coming in the room ”Just checking out this little cutie”
Arizona busied herself check Alycia and then turned to Jess.
”How are you?”
”Yep” Jess said ”Over this place, want home”
”I can’t comment on that, but what I can say is Alycia can go home whenever, I’m happy with her progress and I’ll continue to see her monthly” Arizona said
”She’s not going home without me” Jess stated straight away looking at Carmen
”That’s fine baby that’s your decision to make” Carmen said
”Let me speak to Callie and see what her plans are” Arizona smiled

Its been a while…so i will be updating this shortly. Ive had to take a break to get myself sorted and head together.

Im now in such a great place and so much more happier and look forward to writing again.

So I don’t know if there would be any interest in me continuing this.

I stopped writing as I was in a really bad place, My ex fiancée walked out on me when I was at work for someone else 9 months before our wedding. It’s took me a fair bit of time to pull myself together and actually move forward, I’ve spent time trying to keep my head afloat in order to complete the last year of my social work degree and find myself again.

So yeah if you would like me to continue just let me know.

“So is she okay? Is the baby okay?” Mason asked leaning against the counter taking a bite out of his apple

“Yeah sweetheart both are fine, I’m sure you have something for me, I know you were issued them today” Bette smirked

“What? No idea what you’re talking about” Mason smirked

Tian looked from Bette to Mason

“Mason I’m the principle of the school, shall we try that again?” Bette smiled

Mason leaned of the counter leaving the kitchen and returning with an envelope in his hands.

“Ok so let me just think what one of you are likely to go easier on me” Mason smirked looking between Bette and Tina

“Oh I get it now, report card” Tina laughed taking the envelope from Mason “Thank you…You are aware we both read this and discuss it together yes?”

“Precisely” Mason said taking another bite from his apple “Just remember you have enough to worry about than what some people write about me on paper”

“You’re not selling yourself here Mas” Bette sat at the table

“It’s a month till Christmas and my birthday is next week so I’m dreading the outcome” Mason admitted “To be fair I have tried really hard this year, you promised I could get driving lessons if I did well so I have a lot riding on this”

“How’s your exam prep going?” Bette asked

Tina was 3 pages into the report blanking out the conversation between Bette and Mason.

“Okay I think” Mason sighed “I’ve not been in it this week due to what’s been going on, I’ve been preoccupied”

“We all have so that’s okay” Bette smiled “Are you going to go see her?”

“No me and Jess sort of have this thing where we don’t visit each other in hospital, I’ll see her when she gets home, I’ve been texting her since she woke up though” Mason admitted

“She only woke up yesterday Mason” Bette smiled

“I know and I text her the minute I was told and I went with Jace to drop her phone of to her” Mason stated “We also dropped by the studio because they’re all hitting the roof with worry”

Mason took out his phone quickly checking a few things.

“Oh my god!” Mason smiled

One week later…

Carmen was sitting in the baby unit nursing her daughter when Lisa came skidding in the room out of breath. Carmen jumped alarmed putting her daughter back in the crib.

“Lisa what’s wrong? Is it Jess is she okay?” Carmen panicked

“She’s awake, she’s looking for you” Lisa managed to get out holding her sides “I’m definitely not the healthy fit twin!” Lisa muttered to herself as Carmen was already out the room racing towards Jess’s room

Bette and Tina were fussing over Jess when she reached the door. Callie was trying to get them to give Jess some room. Carmen burst into floods of tears the minute she seen Jess’s eyes.

“Haven’t you did that enough this week” Jess smiled weakly her voice barely reaching Carmen’s ears

“You scare the absolute shit out me and the first think you do is mock me Jess?” Carmen laughed wiping her eyes walking over to Jess and leaning down and kissing Jess softly

“Just so you know I was fully aware of everything this week, your all a bunch of softies who declared your love for me”

“And your ego isn’t getting any smaller” Callie mutter making everyone laugh

“I’m pretty sure you were close to it too Cal” Jess smiled

“Hey you’ve caused me and my wife to have heated discussions all week over you” Callie smirked

Jess’s head was beginning to catch up with her; she was beginning to register what was going on when her eyes started scanning the room.

“Carmen” Jess’s voice laced in anxiety

“The baby is okay” Carmen said taking Jess’s hand “I’ve just left there”

Jess sighed with relief as her own emotions began to take over her.

“Hey hey no crying, you’ll cause these machines to beep and you’ve given everyone enough heart attacks this week”

“Baby we have a daughter, she’s beautiful and yeah she’s ours” Carmen smiled

“A girl?” Jess said shocked “Wow erm okay”

“You don’t seem excited” Carmen said looking at her wife

“I totally expected a boy” Jess smiled “A girl is good, a mini me, I can deal with that”

“Oh dear god” Tina muttered

“All the names we thought of were boys” Jess smirked at Carmen
